Breakfast – A nice way to start the day at Sonny.

Sonny is a cozy French inspired café at Rådhusstræde, in the middle of the inner city. If you want to start your day with a delicious cup of coffee, then Sonny is the perfect place to come. The menu on Sonny is simple but full of everything needed to give you energy for the rest of the day. All dishes are served with attention to detail, try their avocado option, it's great.

A walk at Kastellet

A good way to see Copenhagen is by taking a walk on Kastellet. Here you have the opportunity to see the little Mermaid, the English church, the Swedish church, Langelinie marina and The Gefion fountain. It is especially beautiful in April, as one can see the cherry trees blossom. From Kastellet you get a good look over the harbor of Copenhagen of the Opera House, the new ski slope, bungee jumpers at Refshaleøen, The Royal Ship and the impressive luxury cruise ships.

Wine O'clock - Enjoy a glass with green scenery

After a good walk, you deserve something good for the palate. Behind the Copenhagen Design Museum in Bredgade is Grønnegården, which has one of Copenhagen's most beautiful gardens. You can also visit Café Klint which has outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a glass of something, while you can look at the beautiful linden trees and the fine old Frederik Hospital. You may be lucky to have the whole garden to yourself, as it is not particularly well-known.

Dinner and party

Finish the day in good company at Restaurant Toldboden, here the food is served by happy sailors at a beautiful venue, overlooking the harbor of Copenhagen. Toldboden has a large selection of seafood which varies with the season and always has the day's catch on the menu, where I always choose to eat their fish'n'chips. The food is made to share and be eaten with your fingers (my rule of thumb is, if it is "finger-food" then it is "good-food")

Start your evening with a cocktail and some harbor snacks in the bar. Let the atmosphere tear you onto the dance floor where Toldbodens nightclub invites you to party, until the early hours of the morning.
