When can I enjoy my breakfast?
You can enjoy a breakfast from the buffet in our morning restaurant weekdays 6.30AM-10.00AM, weekends 7AM-11AM and public holidays 7AM - 11.00AM. You find our restaurant on the sixth floor from where you can enjoy a morning view of Copenhagen’s rooftops.
When can I check-in and out?
Check-in can happen from 3PM and checkout can happen no later than 12 noon. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or a later checkout, we kindly ask you to contact us and then we will do our best to meet your request.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free storage of your luggage. You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us when you check in or check out, and then pick it up again at your convenience.
Can I get access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can use our free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is air conditioning in all rooms.
How often is the room cleaned if I stay several nights in a row?
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
There are several options for parking close to the hotel.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
Yes, your pet is more than welcome and allowed everywhere in the hotel (except in our restaurants). However, your pet must not be left alone at any time. Please let us know if you bring your pet, when you book your stay – and we will make sure to arrange a feeding bowl, water bowl and some treats at the room when you arrive. If you need us to take your dog for a walk during your stay, please do not hesitate to ask when you check in.
What are the best transport options to the hotel?
You can easily get to our hotel whether you arrive in Copenhagen by flight, ferry from Oslo, cruise or train.
When is the reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you are in need of transfer, parking, car or bike rental, recommendations for must-sees and restaurants, or anything alike, we are more than happy to assist you.
Is laundry and dry cleaning available at the hotel?
We offer laundry and dry cleaning services from Monday to Saturday. Clothes must be dropped off at the reception by 8AM and will be returned to the room the same day after 5PM.
When can I eat in the restaurant?
Unfortunately, we do not offer lunch or dinner at the hotel, but we would be more than happy to share our best recommendations of restaurants or cafés, if you contact us in the reception.
Is the hotel disabled-friendly?
Disability is many things. Therefore, it will always be an individual assessment. We collaborate with Godadgang.dk, which has assessed our facilities.
We always recommend contacting us in advance so that we can meet wishes and needs as well as possible.
Is smoking allowed?
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed outside the hotel by the ashtrays next to the entrance.

How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without a cancellation option, please refer to the applicable sales conditions.
What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation for my booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
What if I have lost or forgotten something at the hotel?
If you have lost or forgotten an item during your stay with us, please fill out this form.
